## 📌 Task-01 Jenkins with Github Webhooks

**GitHub Webhook**  
GitHub webhooks are a way for GitHub to notify external systems, like web services or applications, about events that happen in a GitHub repository. They allow you to receive real-time updates whenever certain actions occur, such as pushing code, creating issues, or opening pull requests.

Create a connection to your Jenkins job and your GitHub Repository via GitHub Integration.

Check the GitHub hook trigger option to enable

Then go to the repo setting in that webhook and add a new webhook

In payload URL add the URL [http://<jenkins'\_server\_ip>:8080/github-webhook](http://20.163.142.241:8080/github-webhook)

Successfully connected GitHub webhook to Jenkins server

Now make changes in the GitHub repo and commit
